Put it off till tomorrow what you could do today
Listen in the moment till you have had your say
No more life coaches, self-help books or goals
Listen inside to the one that knows
Care for your body; it has loved you most
It is my body and just because it froze
It is unthawing; cleaning up its act
It isn’t an act; coming to terms with the facts
Love one another; all that’s inside
Coming together; no longer a divide
Listen, love and accept
I am here; not finished yet
Smile, sing and laugh; Discover the old
Reach out to others; Be ever so bold
Memories from then; they are here now
Now it’s safe to listen; listen and allow.
