Last week I had one sentence. I thought about this all week.This morning I had nothing to write. Remember when I came in the fall I said I want to sing instead of write. This morning when I thought of each of you, the following song someone else wrote was in my mind.
“You raise me up so I can stand on mountains
You raise me up to walk on stormy seas”
Then right away I had a different song written by someone else in my mind. This one I changed the last five words to say what’s inside me.
“This is my homeland
The place I was born in
No matter where I go
It’s in my soul
My feet may wander
A thousand places
But my heart will lead
Me back home
And all that I know.”
When I was in this class writing about different colors this year I told you green for me is the color of my heart energy. Blue for me is speaking out.I think turquoise for me is finding my speaking out, singing voice and singing from my heart.
