I’m new and I’m different than I’ve been before
As I grab all my stuff and rush out the door
Have some new ideas; not sure how they’ll go
A change of seasons; letting some things go
Living in the past is a thing of the past
It’s much more fun being present now
Much more excitement; who knows what’s next
It’s up to us to write our own text
Spending time together with the ones we love
Fills us up just like the stars above
When we see those stars on a moonless night
Star light dripping down; all seems alright
Having some plans; some jobs everyday
I won’t overdo; take some time to play
Stay connected to what is inside
Create from that place; nothing to hide.
