Walk softly through the forest
On the path of those who came before
Learn to stay connected, let it be
—
Healing like the birches
Passing orchids on the trail
Footprints left in moss, so green
—
Forest island in the prairies, gift of the glaciers
Cradled by a thousand lakes, hanging on higher …higher ground
—
Communing with the vireos
Hello, hello, how are you little birds
So glad to share a song with you
—
The sweet smell of the fire, mingles with the song
The smoky trail leads us back where we belong
Nineteen voices become one …
—
Forest island in the prairies, gift of the glaciers
Cradled by a thousand lakes, hanging on higher …higher ground
—
Come with us …to higher ground
Lose your stress …on higher ground
Choose a path …to higher ground
Come join us …on higher ground!!
—
Forest island in the prairies, gift of the glaciers
Cradled by a thousand lakes, hanging on higher …higher ground
—
Early morning coffee
Early morning coffee
Early morning coffee
Early morning coffee
