A button, a beautiful button was given to me
She put it in my hand and said, “Could you write a song?”
Her sister brought a carrot; an orange and shiny carrot
She wanted same. So, I said, “Yes, yes, I can write a song.”
I am smiling when something’s good for me
I call it my sweet spot and you can sing along
Alike and different; we can get along
I have a sweet spot; you can sing along
I have a sweet spot – WHAT’S YOURS Now, it’s a song – WHAT’S YOURS
Care for each other We can get along
I listen to my body; I listen to my mind; I fill up my spirit when I unwind
I have a sweet spot – WHAT’S YOURS Now, it’s a song – WHAT’S YOURS
Care for each other We can get along
Carrots feed my body; buttons care for me; witness and observe; create what we need
I have a sweet spot; WHAT’S YOURS? Now, it’s a song; WHAT’S YOURS?
Care for each other We can get along
Mother my eyes; mother my nose; Mother my cries; my hands and my toes
Mother all I hear; what I put in my mouth; Mother my body, inside and out
I have a sweet spot – WHAT’S YOURS Now, it’s a song – WHAT’S YOURS
Care for each other We are not alone
