The mountain is you; the mountain is me
Whether we are climbing or sliding; we want to be free
Looking up and over; stepping back; thinking of things that we lack
Wanting freedom or is it more; learning to love all that is in store
Doing less, I find more gets done; when I take the time to be in the sun
Caring for my needs before anyone else; mindful of all is too big a task
Dreaming all night; sorting where I am at; glad I move my body; keeps me on track
Feeling energy inside of me; knowing it’s stuck becomes the mountain in me
CH Built to move are all three My body my spirit my mind are me
Glad I have you to listen to me Learning new ways to set me free
People to share with connects all three My mind, my spirit, my body is me
Built to move and so are we Learning new ways to set us free
Fulfilling moments fill my day; as I fuel up in various ways
Eating well, resting lots; learning new ways through zoom and rocks
Seeing a rock out in nature’s field; my spirit runs free as I pause to breathe
This rock as earth connected to me; is as dear to me as the air that we breathe
I have this deep-seated fear that I am too much; people will not want to be around me a bunch
Cause I have learned through the mountain of loss; I am on my way away from the cross
The cross in me is totally free; left me long ago and soon I will see
Others were carrying and caring for me; until I could accept the mountain as me.
