Life can be easy
Doesn’t have to be tough
If I know when to say enough is enough
If I always listen before I speak
Listen inside; then I can speak
The truth I know inside of me
That’s always been striving
To be set free
I’m ready to listen; ready to sing
Ready for whatever each day brings
And what will I do when my work is all done
Maybe it’s time to sit in the sun
To take care of me, my life, my house
