The hardest thing for me in life
Is leaving the friends I love
I’ve only been here for seven months
But somehow it doesn’t seem enough ( 1974)
Because I fight who I am
And I don’t understand
What it is I want to do
It’s not clear why I’m here
So this is what I do
The easiest thing for me right now
Is to do the next best thing
Live this moment; love all that I do
And most of all I love that I sing. November 2014
Lately it doesn’t seem to work
Like my confidence is even gone
Been stuck in fear; feels like a year
Take another step; listen in love
Till all comes clear for you
It’s me who is stuck
Moving through the fear
And that is what I’ll do
Keep moving on; listen in love
And live the moments through
Have some fun for me and you.
