Listen to the birds; not all migrate
Each have a purpose; haven’t found mine
Celebrate the joy when place I find
Moments in time as don’t know the rest
Wondering wandering pondering the quest
Self awareness of not only mind
Body and spirit all the time
Inner knowing a direct line
Conscious listening there is time
All that is flowing in and out
Spirit filled inside and out
