Calm – Tremendous Calm
I am living it more and more
Passion and understanding
Coming to the fore

Tremendous calm is what I experienced; as I put aside myself
Tremendous calm was there then; as I focused on someone else
—
Still needed to take stolen moments
Sleep, eat and care for myself
—
All my other emotions were packed up and away
Its’ like NOW they are coming out; similar to a rainy day
—
I loved being there for others; I did it most of my life
Learning a new way of being; a fresh view of life
—
From underground to taking a stroll; resting in the middle of the day
Things I only dreamed of; can make the light of day
—
Guess this is retirement; aging in place
Emptying out the old; nowhere to race
—
